- For bookings: check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children in your party, and whether you are a married couple (asked for accommodation-suitability reasons only)

We do not collect or store payment details on this website.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to confirm and manage your booking, and to contact you about your stay.
Who else handles your data
Form submissions are routed through formsubmit.co, a third-party email-relay service that delivers the submission to our internal mailbox. They process the data only to forward your message to us; their own privacy policy applies to their processing.
How long we keep it
Booking enquiries are retained for the duration of your stay and a reasonable period afterwards for accounting, dispute-resolution, and regulatory purposes. Contact-form messages are retained as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, South Africa) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, where applicable), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
